Referral Terms and Conditions:

I/We wish to enroll as a Referrer in the Referral program introduced by Aaritya Broking Private Limited (hereafter referred to as SAHI). I hereby accept the following terms and conditions as laid down by SAHI.

1. Eligibility & Basic Definitions
   
   

○      I/We are aware that SAHI is a SEBI-registered Stock Broker and Depository Participant, with membership in NSE, BSE, and CDSL.

○      Referrer should be an Existing Client of SAHI.

○      “Account Created” or “Trading and Demat account created” refers to users activating successfully on both NSE and BSE through Sahi.

2. Referral Submission, Validity & Consent
   
   

○      For Referrer to be eligible for the offer, the referee needs to open an account within 30 days of submission of the lead. If the referee doesn’t open an account in 30 days, their details will be removed from our system.

○      If any referred client already exists in SAHI's database as an existing or already onboarding client, then it will not be considered as a referral.

○      If the details provided for referrals are incomplete, incorrect, or invalid, the Referrer who has provided such reference shall not be entitled to any reward under the Referral Program. If referee is rejected in account activation, their referral reward will also not be disbursed.

○      The Referrer confirms having obtained the consent of the person referred for providing his/her details.

3. Payout & Limitations
   
   

○      Each user is limited to a maximum of Rupees 1250 payout a month through the referral program. Additional referrals beyond this limit in a month are currently not eligible for payout. Referrer needs to be active during rewards payout to receive their payout.

○      The referral payout is acceptable to me as per the prevalent SAHI policy. SAHI management reserves the right to modify or remove the rewards or conditions at any point.

○      I/We agree to receive the referral payout in the primary bank account registered with SAHI.

○      SAHI reserves the right to carry out checks and controls as it deems fit and proper before disbursal of the referral payout to the referrer.

4. Referral Process
   
   

○      I/We will introduce clients for opening a trading and demat account with SAHI.

○      I/We acknowledge that I/we will share my/our unique referral link or code with the referee, and the referee must enter this code while opening their account.

5. Prohibited Activities
   
   

○      I/We agree not to undertake any form of selling or advisory activities in the secondary market with respect to securities, and will not manage the portfolio of any referred person.

○      I/We agree not to engage in any activity that involves trade inducement for the clients I introduce.

○      I/We agree not to disclose any trading-related information about clients to any other person, except as required under regulatory law.

○      I/We agree not to use the SAHI brand name, logo, advertisement material, or marketing material without express written consent from SAHI.

○      I/We agree not to receive directly any client-related correspondence such as contract notes, daily margin statements, statements of accounts, or annual transaction statements from SAHI.

○      I/We agree not to approach clients for any incentives/referral fees for any recovery.

6. Termination & Dispute Resolution
   
   

○      I/We acknowledge that disputes or grievances arising from these terms are not covered under investor protection or the grievance redressal measures of the Exchange.

○      I/We agree that the referral arrangement can be terminated by either party.. SAHI may terminate immediately in case of regulatory directives.

7. Program Changes & Controls
   
   

○      Sahi reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change, alter or discontinue the offer and alter the terms and conditions from time to time.
